  • What does the Quick Laundry Website do?

    The Quick Laundry Website allows you to schedule and pay for pickup & delivery wash & fold service through our Soak Laundry Service. Simply register by entering your address and payment information. You are now ready to have your laundry and dry cleaning done at the touch of a button!

  • What does "Wash & Fold" mean?

    It means you never have to do laundry again! Quick Laundry will wash, dry, and fold before returning it to you clean and ready to wear. No more waiting for your clothes at the laundromat or that dank room in your apartment building. You can turn your laundry room into a home office!

  • How does pickup and delivery service work?

    First, login to the Website and schedule a time for pick up. Gather your laundry, bag it, and leave it at your front door. Your delivery driver will collect your clothes at the scheduled time. We will inventory your clothes at our facility and update the app with your order. Once your clothes are clean, we will deliver them at the scheduled time. 

  • Do I have to be home to meet the driver?

    You do not have to be home to meet the driver, but you will be responsible for the safety of your laundry. Feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor or door person, give the driver your garage code, or leave your clothes anywhere else accessible to our driver. Please include this information in the “Special Instructions” on the app so our driver knows where to pick them up.

  • What if my driver is late?

    Your driver should arrive promptly at the scheduled time or call you to let you know they are running late.

  • Should I tip my delivery driver?

    Tip is not required, but it is always appreciated for our great service!

  • What is pickup & delivery pricing?

    Next-day delivery is $2 per pound ($40 minimum).


    Same-day delivery is $2.50 per pound ($60 minimum).


    Delivery is already free! All prices for other services can be found when you schedule a pickup.

  • How do I pay?

    You can enter your credit card information online to our secure system and get billed when your clothes are delivered.

  • I want Quick Laundry to come on a reoccurring schedule

    Yes, you can select a reoccurring frequency of either twice a week, every 2 weeks or every month on the website.

  • Does Quick Laundry separate delicate clothes?

    Our laundry care professionals will do their best to catch items, but we are not responsible for damaged items or items that have special care instructions. We launder everything that is placed in bags for pickup.
